Subject: [PATCH] tst_qpainter: FE_ macros are not defined for every platform

the FE_INEXACT, FE_UNDERFLOW, FE_OVERFLOW, FE_DIVBYZERO, FE_INVALID are defined
only for platforms with fp engine.
